We had a terrific week in Dennis Port while staying at 90 Uncle Rolf.
Lovely vacation home, really close to the beach. Thanks to Martha Murray Realty and the homeowner. A special thank you to Jess, from Martha Murray Realty. We had a great time. We were sorry to have to leave on August 12th.

second time renting this house.easy access to beach,just a short walk.very clean when we arrived.quiet and safe street for kids.would stay again at this rental.only problem is picnic table location.back yardis sandy so you track sand into house.also no shade in back yard.

everything went smooth from check in to departure.house was very clean upon arrival.everything was well supplied at house,pots pans ect.ran out of propane at house ,call martha murray office and problem was corrected.all in all a great stay.

Cottage was in a perfect spot for us. Nice little private beach not far down the road. Clean, well maintained and central air. Lots of little unexpected nice surprises like marshmallow sticks, ice cube trays, and big outdoor shower. Will try to rent this again when we return.

All good, a couple of little things:
yard table, one of the seats broken.
trash was not picked up before we got there and not until we left.
House used to have little things we might need, salt, soaps,paper towels,toilet papers,some cleaning stuff. This time had nothing!!! Still love this house though!!

The house has always been perfect, this time the house was a little bit off, batteries for tv's died, batteries for smoke detector, and then for the air conditioner. We had to call MMurray and they came right away and got everything fixed.
