New to our 2025 Inventory!

Adorable 4 bedroom beach home, only .7 miles to the beach. Bright and cheerfully decorated, this home is just a 2 minute drive to South Village Beach. The living area offers a large sofa, with plenty of space to spread out and watch a movie on those few and far between rainy days! The eat in kitchen has been recently updated, and a washer and dryer is located in the basement. Additional amenities include two full bathrooms. Shower on main level,. Tub/shower upstairs, accessible through both upstairs bedrooms. Wi-Fi, dishwasher, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower just to name a few. Window air conditioning in each bedroom. Tv's are located in the family room (cable) and bedrooms 3 and 4 (streaming services only). Foozball table in the basement for additional fun! Wood burning fire pit being added for additional family fun!

You can also include our 'Bed Making Service' to your order for a total of $490 + taxes. The provided quote includes a one-week rental. For pricing on additional weeks, please contact us directly.

"A wonderful vacation "

169 Trotting Park Road became our home away from home. I spent the week with my son, daughter in law and grown grandchildren. Everyone had space to spread out and there was plenty of room in the kitchen and living room to gather and relax. My son loved the fire pit and the kids had fun making somemores. I hope to be able to do this again next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This house was the perfect size and location for my family. We have been renting in the Cape for decades, and this is one of our favorite rentals. We will return next year. If I were smart, I would give a terrible review to ensure availability for us next year. Hopefully we will be granted squaters' rights:)
