Nantucket Sound beach is a .3 mile walk from this cozy 1 Bedroom cape cottage with skylight. Amenities includes window air conditioning in bedroom, WiFi, beach cart and chairs, Keurig coffee maker and board games. Picnic table and charcoal grill provided in yard.

Special Note: Bathroom is stand up shower only. Loft not for tenant use. No outdoor shower. Home has streaming services only. No cable.

"4th of July Week Stay"

Stayed here for the week of the 4th of July and it was great. About an 8 minute walk to the beach and is a mostly very flat walk which was great. Could see lots of fireworks from surrounding beaches. Just be aware the fridge is small but other then that perfect for 2 people! Hope to come back again.

For two people wanting to spend time by the ocean, it was just right. Very clean and quiet place, but not much evening entertainment close by. The cottage is a little too crowded with furniture and owners’ belongings. Shower booth should really be replaced. T’would have been nice to have an outside shower, back entrance and nice terrace like the neighboring cottages. Didn’t use the picnic table and BBQ at all. For groceries you need to take the car

Nice little Cape cottage perfect for singles or couples. Dated but clean and cozy and close to the beaches.Nice to have a little yard to sit outside.Very comfy bed for a restful sleep.

Had a great time. Rental agency staff was very nice. The home was clean and close to beaches and restaurants.

Just what we needed. Place was a wonderful bang for the buck and the location was top notch. Small but size-wise perfectly adequate for two people. We moved some items to the loft so we could move about. Furniture in living area has seen better days though and could use a refresh.

This cottage was comfortable and well stocked with paper products, kitchen items, and appliances. The cottage was clean, and the tv and WiFi worked well.Just one complaint.The air conditioner, while it did cool the bedroom, emitted a musty smell. I would definitely stay there again.
