"Summer getaway 2023"

This was our first time renting this house. We got started very late in the search process this year, but found that this house was a walking distance to the beach and fit our family. This house was very clean, kitchen nice and updated. The downstairs room with the futons was perfect for when our nieces and nephews came to visit. My only knock on this house was that the outdoor area seemed "awkward". The grill was on the side of the house, very close to the neighbors as was the side deck, in order to enjoy the back yard you had to go out and walk around to the backyard gate. No fault of the owners, based on where the kitchen is set up, it's almost all you can do but I could not enjoy the deck or outside as I have done in previous houses. Backyard was a good size for cornhole and the shed was stocked with many supplies. We had a great time!

"Wonderful house and location"

This was our third summer staying on Ocean Drive and we love it. The house itself is very comfortable, well maintained and equipped. The CAC works wonders after a day at the beach. Beautiful front and backyard. Location also tough to beat. Five minute walk to Haigis Beach. Many great places to eat are less than a mile: Chapins, Cleat and Anchor, Woolfies, Kream n Kone, Dog House,Sundae School, Wee Packet, Good Friends etc...

We’ve enjoyed our cape vacation in this home the past two summers. The backyard is beautiful and secluded and there is a bonus family room space and full bath downstairs that is perfect for teenagers to have their own space. Quick walk to the beach too!

This is the second year we’ve rented this well appointed home for our family. Cleaning is immaculate, kitchen has everything you need, yard is great with plenty of toys for the little ones for the beach. Location is perfect for access to all Dennis, Harwich & Chatham have to offer. Look forward to staying again next summer!

MMVR was very easy to work with. Make planning a vacation very easy. Best of our our vacation was great weather and the rental was within walking distance to the beach. Also went on a whale watch in P-town with plenty of sightings. Great house. A K-cup machine would be nice. All in all a great week!
