Explore Oyster Creek and Allen Harbor with kayaks and paddle-boards housed on site, just steps from the Creek for easy launching. The large lawn fronting the water leads to a small private beach perfect for fishing and crabbing. An easy walk (0.2 miles) brings you to the private beach shared with other homes in the neighborhood. Enjoy sunbathing on the sandy beach and swimming in Nantucket Sound. Back at home, indulge in the Cape Cod tradition of the enclosed outdoor shower. Now for master suite, conveniently located on the first floor, has sliders to the deck. The kitchen, stocked for the most discerning of chefs, adjoins the fire-placed dining and living area with a flatscreen television, creating the heart of the home. The downstairs is completed by a glassed-in sunporch with views of the water, and a cozy study complete with another flatscreen television. "Review for Vacation Rental"

I was very satisfied with my stay. The property location was great I loved the Creek and the short walk to the private beach.The neighborhood was excellent and so were the people.House was clean and Martha Murray Rental was fantastic.I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.
