We had a great stay at this cottage. It is a perfect size for a couple or small family. The house was clean, well maintained & had everything as described. It is in a great location & within walking distance of Pleasant St. beach. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next trip down.

The property and cottage exceeded expectations! It's adorable, well equipped, comfortable and so clean! The outdoor shower was exceptional! The gas grill worked very well as did the washer/dryer. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and the breezeway was just that - provided a pleasant breeze even on the hot days! We used the patio for dinners, coffee and relaxing. The walk to the beach was easy and neighbors that we met were pleasant and the street was quiet. Eager to spend at least another week there next year!

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for all of us, it seems bigger thank a typical 2 bedroom cape. Love the outdoor seating and you can beat the easy walk to the local beach.

This rental unit was very cute, great quiet street, close to the beach. It had everything there you could need. It really is centrally located. Marta Murray Agency was very easy to work with. They have their system down and made the whole process seamless. Owners of the unit even offered to let us stay an extra night at no cost due to storm. Staff at Martha Murray was very timely in communications. Will stay again when in the area.
