"Very nice"

We had a lovely week at this home. Walking/ biking distance to multiple beaches, restaurants. The house was stocked with pretty much everything we needed for cooking. The only downside was that the yard was not well maintained, lots of weeds and overgrown grass so we were not able to use the yard at all. The landscapers came on our last day and mowed the lawn so perhaps the previous weeks were rainy and they were not able to mow then. Overall, the home was lovely and perfect for our needs. Would stay again!

The house is perfect for our family and close to the beach. It makes packing up and walking across to the beach very easy. The downside this year was the lack of lawn mowing, which prevented our children from being able to play in the backyard. The lawn and weeds were very overgrown. It was disappointing to not have yard access because of that. For future guests, we’d recommend the homeowners have the yard cared for.

Fantastic home! We have been traveling to the Cape for several years now with another family and by far this has been our favorite location. Fantastic proximity to the beach and you can’t beat walking distance to Sundae School. Neighbor hood was great for a morning run. Overall highly recommend.
