Off the living area is a spacious dining room with buffet/dry bar. The patio doors separate the dining area from the private yard with comfortable sectional seating and gas grill.

This home is situated in a great area in Yarmouth! Walking distance to the Whydah Pirate Museum, 0.7 miles to the Cape Cod Inflatable Park and fish off the dock or bridge at Plashes Brook. Enjoy walking to Jerry’s Seafood, Basil Thai Cuisine, the Lobster Boat or at the popular Captain Parker’s Pub for Chowder! This home is located only 1.7 miles from Seagull Beach and 1.4 miles from Thatcher Beach!

We had a great stay at Appleby 24. The house more than met our needs, lots of room. Great location near Seagull Beach (5min drive) and all of the restaurants.

This home was incredibly clean, which is a huge priority. It wasn't overdone with decorating; it was modern but felt comfortable and homey. Whoever did this recent redesign/renovation knocked it out of the park. It had everything we needed and would expect from a rental. As the previous reviewer mentioned, having a hose or even just a wash basin on the front porch would have helped with the sand removal! While the home is located off 28, the home is on a quiet street, so it never felt like you were in a busy area. We would definitely recommend this property to others!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was in the perfect location for us to visit Chatham & Cotuit on our stay. The house is clean & updated in a quiet neighborhood off Route 28.

"Cute house , perfect for a family "

The house was very cute & clean . It had a nice modern look to it and plenty of room for the family to spread out with 2 living rooms. It had a good location where you could walk to restaurants and activities like mini golf . The only thing I would mention is there was no hose and the outdoor faucets didn’t work , so you couldn’t wash off the sand from the beach, we used a broom . But overall the house was great !
