Great experience from start to finish. Booking was easy and staff from Martha's was awesome. This place is the perfect cozy duplex! Clean and neat and everything you need.! We had 2 teenagers and 2 adults sleep and stay comfortably. Nice short walk to the beach and owner is more then helpful with anything from places to go to information about the area! Can't wait to come back next year!

We loved this sweet cottage! The location was perfect, with easy beach and town access. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the decor was very cute. We had plenty of room for 4 people, and it really felt like home. I would highly recommend this property!

The beds, especially the twin beds, were very uncomfortable. You can feel the springs. My daughter ended up sharing the full size bed with me. The location was very convenient. Close to the beaches and other recreational activities.
