This two bedroom home offers a built in wall A/C in the main living area, TV (streaming services only), and WI-FI, Outside you may enjoy a patio area with picnic table and gas grill. Good size yard to play in and an outdoor enclosed shower.

We had a great time. We would definitely rent this property again.
The home was very clean, the outdoor shower was one of my favorite aspects. I will mention that the living room furniture was rather dated and could use an update. It was everything I needed. Quiet neighborhood.

A great vacation. The weather cooperated and the cabin was very nice, expecially the large, shady back yard. Management was very competent, as always. A nice place to stay.

What a beautiful home and yard. The four of us were pleasantly surprised by the inside look and feel of cape cod. The rooms were just the right size and A/C worked great for us. The walk was about 8 minutes to the beach. The local variety store was 2 minutes away. Martha Murray Real Estate always, always comes through for us.

This cottage has good location within walking distance to the beach. It is well maintained and clean. The air condition is only in living room, bedrooms are not covered. The staff from rental management co is very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place for a nice vacation.

128 Captain Chase Road is compact and comfortable, easily sleeping 4, although there isn't a huge amount of space in the double room. It is in easy walk of a lovely bay beach in one direction (which was a bit weedy due to storms the week we were there) and a deli mart for essentials and sandwiches in the other direction. Good food choices are within a short drive. The heated outdoor shower was lovely, but there is no washing machine or tumble drier (there is a washing line), so if you are planning to go to the beach a lot, a second set of swimming things may be advisable. We didn't use the grill, which was available in the back yard. We thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing week and the kids are already demanding to know when we can come and stay again.
