A very nice clean place but the kitchen being so small makes it difficult to cook. The large burner on the stove would not stay flat and the frying pans need to be replaced. Other than that we had a very lovely stay thank you

I had relatively nice stay at the house. It's on a short, dirt road. So with little traffic, it was very quiet. It's also very close to the rental company and within walking distance of at least four public beaches. My only two issues with the house were the living room furniture and the bathroom shower. The furniture had some visible stains, and should probably be replaced. Or at the very least, have couch covers. The shower is tiny! I'm not a big person at all, but even I had trouble fitting in the shower. If the weather is good enough, I recommend using the outdoor shower as much as possible. It's a lot roomier. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. With pandemic precautions happening, be sure to bring a roll of paper towels and/or dish towels. There were none at the house. Side yard was bigger than I expected. Certainly enough room for kids to play. With some updating, this house would be perfect for a couple or small family to rent.

I've been going to Cape Cod for over 40 years. I have stayed in a number of rent cottages over the years but I have to say this one has been my favorite. If it ever goes on the market, let me know. Also, the description said access to Swan river but I never saw where that access was

Have used Martha Murray in past and happy with service. Rental was available early for us which was wonderful. Property is clean and well stocked in great location close to beach that my family prefers. Very quiet walkable neighborhood. Lots of bunnies. Would rent again.

We got a late start from home, then Sat traffic, and you were very accommodating and welcoming. The house at 13 Whortleberry was waiting and better than the photos! Everything we needed and charming and perfect.
