"Nice cottage, well-maintained and great location."

The cottage was apparently repainted recently and the condition of all the rooms, including the floors and appliances was excellent. The kitchen cabinets were old and not in great shape but because the rest of the place was updated, we thought that the cabinets would be replaced fairly soon. Some minor electrical work was unfinished but safe. Overall, we were all very pleasantly surprised at the condition of the cottage.

"Union Wharf Rd. 59. A Gem"

We were delighted with our stay! The house is a gem and the re-decorating is first rate. It could use window curtains, but I'm sure that's in the plan. We hadn't been home to see family for three years and this cottage was the perfect home base for a great vacation and a very healing journey home. Thank you so much!

"Union Wharf 59"

We loved the layout of the house and the space it provided our family. It’s a very comfortable home! Great location (we loved walking to the Sundae School and beach). The convenience of having laundry is wonderful! The space to eat at the various tables (inside and out) was also great! One suggestion would be regarding the lawn care and landscaping, which all seemed to be overgrown and not tended to lately. We weren’t sure why, given the beauty of the home. We’d suggest upkeep of the maintenance of the outside of the home.
