Beachfront Cape Cod Cottage with Beach Access & Ocean Views

Hard-to-find beachfront cottage with access to a shared private beach! Enjoy your morning coffee from the front patio while taking in unobstructed ocean views and listening to the soothing sounds of the waves.

The patio is furnished with a table and chairs and includes a gas grill, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors while taking in the coastal scenery. Inside, you'll find both a comfortable living room and a bright sunroom—the perfect spot to curl up with a good book, relax, and soak up the sunshine.

The cottage offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing Cape Cod getaway, including central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. The lovely kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker for added convenience.

After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower. There's also a charming playground just across the way, complete with a pirate ship that kids are sure to enjoy.

When you're ready to explore, you'll find plenty of local favorites nearby, including Lighthouse Cafe, Sand Bar, Good Friends Cafe, Summer Shanty, Paradise Pizza, and O'Shea's Olde Inn. And don't miss a visit to the much-loved Captain Baker Donut Shop for a Cape Cod breakfast treat!

Good things come in small packages. Actually the size was perfect. We enjoyed the great views and the few steps to the ocean. Very relaxing. Bedrooms were a little snug but we worked around that. The 1/2 bath was a great aspect of this cottage. When we rented we were under compression it was only one bath. Overall, a great vacation and rental experience.5

Bring your own steak knives.I forgot to bring them this year brought them at ace hardware very good.

We had an amazing time staying here. The location and proximity to the beach and the layout of the house and property was perfect for our family with 3 young children. The only issue we had was the state of the outdoor grill - old and falling apart and unable to get it lit with even a slight breeze. We loved it and look forward to coming back!

"West Dennis Waterfront "

My family was so lucky to find this place last minute. The home is better than the pictures. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could ever need to cook, and the location is just perfect. The beach is about 20 steps from the deck and you are located within 10 minutes of a handful of mini golf courses. ( an 8 year olds dream). The neighbors are a mix of renters and home owners, all were so friendly. We would definitely return.

"Oceanfront perfection "

56D Uncle Stephens Road was the perfect escape from reality! We visited in September 2020 so it was much quieter than the summer months. We heard it was recently renovated and when we opened the front door for the first time we fell in love. The house was so bright and inviting and CLEAN. We were skeptical to vacation during COVID times, but our worries were washed away once we explored. The living room was spacious and the kitchen was adequately stocked with pots, pans, glassware, etc. The mattresses were comfortable. The back porches provided a nice place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a beverage in the afternoon/evening. Our favorite part was having the ocean just steps from the house. No need to pack up coolers to lug to the beach or struggle to find parking by 10 am (and pay for parking). Having your own private beach and being able to hear the ocean waves crashing from any room in the house at any moment of the day was a dream come true!! We will be back!!
