We had an amazing time staying here. The location and proximity to the beach and the layout of the house and property was perfect for our family with 3 young children. The only issue we had was the state of the outdoor grill - old and falling apart and unable to get it lit with even a slight breeze. We loved it and look forward to coming back!

"West Dennis Waterfront "

My family was so lucky to find this place last minute. The home is better than the pictures. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could ever need to cook, and the location is just perfect. The beach is about 20 steps from the deck and you are located within 10 minutes of a handful of mini golf courses. ( an 8 year olds dream). The neighbors are a mix of renters and home owners, all were so friendly. We would definitely return.

Overall, a wonderful week! Beautifully appointed beach house right on the ocean. The sound of the waves was memorable. The views were stunning; the sky was different every day - each one better than the one before. The "party house" next door was unexpected, but not a real problem. The ants were kind of a bummer. The bedrooms are tiny. No room even for suitcases! Still, overall a fab experience.

"Oceanfront perfection "

56D Uncle Stephens Road was the perfect escape from reality! We visited in September 2020 so it was much quieter than the summer months. We heard it was recently renovated and when we opened the front door for the first time we fell in love. The house was so bright and inviting and CLEAN. We were skeptical to vacation during COVID times, but our worries were washed away once we explored. The living room was spacious and the kitchen was adequately stocked with pots, pans, glassware, etc. The mattresses were comfortable. The back porches provided a nice place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a beverage in the afternoon/evening. Our favorite part was having the ocean just steps from the house. No need to pack up coolers to lug to the beach or struggle to find parking by 10 am (and pay for parking). Having your own private beach and being able to hear the ocean waves crashing from any room in the house at any moment of the day was a dream come true!! We will be back!!

"Great location on the beach; great family set up"

Great location, lots of outdoor space for gear storage, spacious common areas inside. Bedrooms were tiny. Overall place was very clean and well stocked with supplies but there was a foul smell emanating from on floor by baseboards of bedroom with the trundle. Definitely suggest others bring fans. Our kids especially loved the pirate ship playground across the street.
