Two bedrooms and two full baths upstairs .The first bedroom has a new king size bed with a balcony to sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you look at the boats in the river. The second bedroom has 2 new twin beds which can be put together to make a king (converter kit at the house) as well as a set of twin bunk beds. Additional queen size bed on the first floor in a converted den with full bath across the hall. Kitchen is updated and fully stocked. Amenities include portable air conditioners in each bedroom, washer, dryer and wifi. Just 1 mile to West Dennis Beach. Large lawn fronting the river leads to small private beach perfect for fishing and crabbing. Paddle board rentals available close by. Book now for a memorable vacation experience.

The rental fit our needs to a “t”! It was clean , well kept, and everything we hoped for and more. It was our second year here and will continue to come back as time allows and use Martha Murray Vacation Rentals to do it! Our party of 6 adults and 2 children had plenty of room and space for group time as well as places to have “ me” time. A real gem!

This was out second year at this location. Once again we had a wonderful time! House is cozy and welcoming, with a great view. Easy access to the Bass River for our kayaks, nice walk to the ocean, close proximity to bike trails and restaurants!

While I was initially happy with choosing this property for a family vacation with some of my siblings, after getting to the property there were a number of things I did not realize how important they would be like the attached garage (for Coolers, bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs, fishing gear, etc.) and decks on 3 sides of the house to stay in the sun or find some shade...depending on the day. After spending a couple day at this property, I was even happier I chose this house over others, for these reasons and more. the only thing that would have made it better would have been some AC in the living space. While being inside was the last thing anyone would want to do on a summer vacation, I believe we experienced record breaking heat and on a few occasions, some AC in the livings space would have been welcome, but who can complain about a hot and sunny summer vacation:). It was a wonderful place and a wonderful time with my family.

This home is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in on Cape Cod. The property was very well maintained and there was clutter! The property was exactly as described in the listing and more! A great location with easy access to beaches, stores , and restaurants! It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 grandchildren. Will definitely consider renting again! And everyone at Martha Murray were pleasant and easy to work with to find this perfect home!

"July VRBO 2022 Stay"

This property was delightful! The views of the Bass River are spectacular. We spent so much time on the deck and in the yard and enjoyed watching all the activity during the day and the sunsets at night. There are kayaks and paddleboards available to rent just on the other side of the river and the beach was a short car or bike ride away. you just can't beat the location of this property. Mid-Cape (the best IMO), right on the Bass River, munities to West Dennis Beach and close to shopping. We had my elderly mother on this trip and it was a huge bonus to have a first floor bedroom and full bath.

This home is amazing! Right on the Bass River with beautiful views from almost every room.
The home is very well appointed with everything you need. The master bedroom is spacious with beautiful views and the bunk room has its own bath and is perfect for kids/teens. There is also a first floor bedroom and bath that was perfect for my elderly mom who was with us. The one con is that the home does not have A/C. However, each bedroom has an A/C unit and the breeze off the river kept us comfortable even on the hottest days.

There are plenty of things to do, close to the beaches, stores, bicycle trail...

"Great Family Vacation"

We've stayed here previously, so there were a couple things that seemed to stand out as different. The coffee pot did not stay warm at all after brewing - we just couldn't figure that one out. Family was also not thrilled with the fuzzy bed covers, as bedspreads were no longer available. BUT - these were minor inconveniences compared to the weeklong enjoyment we had at this site.

Thank you very much for your feedback! Unfortunately with COVID, we had asked owners to use blankets that would be easy to launder, vs. the nicer quilts. Hopefully in 2022, we will be back to the normal spreads! As far as the coffee maker, give us a call next time and we could bring over a new coffee maker and/or figure it out for you! We are happy you still had a great vacation and hope to have you back for next year!

So tranquil and just what we needed this year. The view of the Bass River from
all the rooms was wonderful. Kitchen was well appointed and again a lovely

I stayed at 27 Uncle Barneys Road for my family vacation this July 2019. The home is perfect - with beautiful water views, a public dock and our own personal mini beach right off the front yard. We watched the boats go by, grilled and sat on both of the well maintained decks for some relaxation. The house is beautiful and extremely clean, with a fully stocked kitchen, and even some puzzles and books in the living room to keep the kids occupied (but the location itself accomplishes that goal)! I will be coming back here every year to continue to make amazing memories with my family!

I have rented from Martha Murray Vacation Rentals for years and they are the best!!! The homes are always clean, ready when we arrive and in great condition. The staff are friendly and professional. I know if there are any maintenance issues they will quickly correct them immediately. This was my first time renting this was an absolute delight. There are beautiful water views from the kitchen, living room, dining room and master bedroom. The home was immaculate and the bed in the master was very comfortable. It is in a great location too. You can see traffic on the bridge but the house is so sound proof...you don't hear any outdoor noise. There are lots of decks if you want to sit outside and watch the boats on the river. In brief I will say this is truly an amazing and well cared for home. It is fully equipped with everything and anything someone would want in their own home. The kitchen has every kind of accessory one needs in their kitchen to cook,bake etc. Having a television in every room is a plus. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have walk in closets. Its been a great week despite all the rain.
