"Trotters Lane 6"

Trotters Lane 6 is a nice vacation home for families with young children. It is close to beaches and other attractions and has a nice backyard on a quiet street. It is roomy and comfortable, with all of the amenities. I should also note that it is a pleasure to rent through the Martha Murray agency.

"Perfect family home"

We enjoyed our week stay on Trotters Lane, it was close to South Village Beach and many other places we enjoy visiting in the Dennisport area. We loved the quiet neighborhood and walks around the 1/4 m. historic horse track. The only thing we'd change is the upstairs bedroom having an opening to the living room made it not so quiet and private, but we made the best of it. The home is well cared for and has a great location.

"Plenty of room for 10"

We had a great time with our extended family and were able to easily hit the beach 5/7 days of our stay. I loved that the teens had their own room with 4 beds and a bath. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Only suggestion is to add ceiling fans to the downstairs bedrooms because we had to leave the bedroom doors open to have enough ac or airflow to sleep.

We had a amazing time during our family vacation. We where very satisfied with the property and it's amenities.The washer/dryer was a bonus It easily accommodated the number of people that had gone.The property was well maintained and comfortable. It was in a quiet residential area close to the beachs, attractions,as well as many restaurants and stores. I definitely would rent Trotter Ln again. The staff from Martha Murray where both friendly, helpful and professional.
