"Nice rental property "

We have stayed at this property the last two years. It is comfortable for two people. The updated bathroom is very nice. The kitchen is fully equipped with a few extras included. The sunroom is beautiful. My only suggestion would be some sort of table in the living room in front of the couch. The patio in the front is great. The shed is not a frightening experience of cobwebs, but is clean and has extras for the beach which is very nice. All in all, comfortable property and well maintained.

"Nice Rental"

The house has been updated with a sunroom which is lovely. Roomy living room, sunroom, and dining area. Kitchen and bath are small. Kitchen area has washer and dryer which is added bonus. King bedroom has comfortable mattress. We didn’t use other beds, so I can’t comment. Good sized lot with tool shed that actually isn’t frightening like some are. Yard games are in there. Nice patio in front for eating outside. Outdoor shower is very nice. Overall, the house is very nice as a summer rental. Quiet neighborhood five minutes driving time to West Dennis Beach.

"Homely, Roomy, Nice Location, Nicely decorated, Clean"

Well maintained, Clean, all amenitites of home, air conditioning, Nice quiet family neighborhood, New gas grill, 5 minute bike ride to beach, big driveway plenty of parking was able to leave 22 foot boat connected to my pick up truck and have 2 more vehicles. Close to boat ramps. Queen bed not firm enough or support for my bad back, but soft.
