"Great Vacation Home"

This is the second year our family has rented this home! It is great! Beautiful, well taken care of and has great amenities! AC works amazingly for entire cottage. Location is ideal for local beaches and activities. Property was very clean and all requests were handled immediately and postively. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family! we love visiting South Village Beach which is just about a mile away, biking distance!

a list of cable stations available on their tv would have been helpful. The bedroom ac's worked well but the rest of the house was hot. Most of the windows could only be open a small amount. The light switches were confusing as to their location. Overall the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

"West Dennis 2021 vacation week one"

The cottage was comfortable and was ideal for the 6 of us. A mile from the ocean it only took a few minutes to get to the beautiful beach. The yard was pretty and lots of fun for the kids. Unfortunately one of us needed the emergency room at Cape Cod hospital during our stay. I mention this because the care there was excellent and this is reassuring to us.
We had trouble with the lock and someone from Martha Murray assisted us within minutes! This was greatly appreciated and we thank you for all your help!

As always, Martha Murray Rentals did not disappoint. This home is beautiful and so close to everything. The open floor plan provides a great amount of space and the home is equipped with all of the modern comforts. Very tastefully decorated and super comfy!!

House was perfect! Clean, updated, great size for family of four! Family room is very comfie, backyard was great, able to grill and enjoy evenings on the patio! Kids loved the outdoor shower and bedrooms were perfect size.

"Family getaway "

We were very grateful to find a place at the last minute. Overall it was fine. Since we had our granddaughter with us, being able to cook was important. The kitchen needed better equipment. Only having air conditioning in the bedrooms was definitely not sufficient. I will never do that again. Location was great. We took our granddaughter to the water park. She loved it. We enjoyed different beaches every day.

This cozy cottage is nestled in a quiet corner on a quiet street. My family and friends enjoyed it's "beachy" decor and amenities. Definitely a great place for family and friends.
