Great spot. Just a few minutes drive to the lighthouse inn / beach. We will stay here again.

"Chillin' with the water tower"

Our week in Dennis Port in early August 2025 was awesome - the weather was great, and the house was well appointed for relaxing and as a base for our activities at the beaches and shopping (West Dennis Beach, Inman Beach, Nauset Light Beach, Dennis, Chatham). The house was very clean, the central AC kept us cool on the hot days, the dishwasher kept up with our meals, and between the range and the grill, we made plenty of amazing dinners for ourselves and family that dropped in to visit. The firepit in the backyard was also a hit for post beach chillin' after dinner. The management company was easy to work with when it came to things like requesting a new propane tank or resolving a wifi password. Only thing that would have made this better would be a washer and dryer. About the title of this review - we were right next to the Dennis Water tower, so if we ever got lost, the house was easy to find hahaha. Highly recommend!
