"Nice cottage for a couple or a small family"

We had a nice stay at 74 Sunset Lane. The cottage was on the smaller side but still very nice inside and had a spacious sunporch and hammock to relax on at night when the weather cools off. A few areas for improvement - a picnic table in the backyard would be great, there is a grill and 4 plastic chairs in the back yard. The bathroom is really small but the outdoor shower was great and we exclusively showered outside. The AC is great in the living room/kitchen but the bedrooms only had the fans and they can get really warm. Overall we had a nice week and it's a beautiful location, very close to the beach - only a 5-8 minute walk.
