"Can’t beat the location!"

We had a great week at 36 S Village Rd and spent most of our time at South Village Beach. Best part, just steps away from the beach and the river! So much fun to join our grandkids who were renting on the same street and head to the river when the tide went out and float down like a lazy river! We had plenty of room and found the cottage clean with a great kitchen for home cooking and grilling.

"Exceptional Property For Large Families"

This is the second time we chose this property for our family's reunion at the Cape. It has a spacious kitchen, with a large table for family meals. For us the living room is our favorite part of this home because it provided a comfortable place where all our adults could visit while our grandchildren could safely play at our feet. The side deck was also a favorite for our breakfasts together. The parking area provided a safe area with easy access to our vehicles.

If you are looking for a family getaway near the ocean with a very nice beach and access to a small inlet (which the children loved) this property is an exceptional location and value which we highly recommend.

We usually stay a different property very close by however at the last minute it was not available. The staff at Martha Murray worked extremely hard to find a location where our large family had a place where we could be together. My wife and I have been coming to Cape Cod for the past 48 years and there is the only agency we have come to rely on to take care of our family's vacations - Martha Murray Vacation Rentals.

We loved our stay on South Village Rd. Beautiful home that has a nice sized downstairs for a cape home! The four bedrooms upstairs are pretty typical in size. Most Cape rentals only have 1 bathroom, but this one has 2 full and a half bathroom, plus the outdoor shower, for rinsing after the beach, that is only about 100 yards away. Plenty of parking to fit four cars, if you share with friends or family, so you don’t have to pay the beach parking $30 per day!!! Highly recommend this home.
