Wonderful beach rental. Plenty of room for friends and family. Great outdoor space, within walking distance to beach. All the comforts of home. We can't wait to rent again next year.

We enjoyed the whole experience with Martha Murray rentals. Everything went smooth from booking to check in & check out. The house and location were excellent. Except for two things the living room furniture was dirty and it seems every room had half of the light bulbs were blown out. These were minor issues and would not stop me from renting again. The house was in a great location close to beaches, shopping & restaurants

"Lovely Stay at 48 Sea Street"

This is the second year we rented this property. It is in excellent shape, lovely, well kept updated home. It was clean and well equipped. It is very spacious. The home is a very close walk to Sea Street Beach. The landscaping is beautiful and there is a very large fenced in yard for the grandchildren to play. My only negative comments would be that it's advertised as a 4 bedroom but the 4th bedroom on the first floor does not have a closet. We had to hang clothes in the broom closet which wasn't a big issue for us. Also the grill in the picture was not operational.

"Beautiful home! 5 minute walk to Sea St. Beach"

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful home. It appears that it was recently remodeled and/ or built. The house was spotless and clean and smelled fresh inside. Nicely furnished and the back deck and yard were great.
The only thing I disliked was there was a bit of traffic noise in the morning rush hour and early evening. We had the windows open because it wasn’t hot enough for the AC. Quite a few cars and trucks at that intersection. I suppose if the windows were closed and AC was on it wouldn’t be a problem.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful. We had a little problem with the WIFI and a nice gentleman came over right away and was able to solve the issue within a short amount of time. We loved the beaches and we explored a few new beaches we hadn't visited and found a new favorite, Corporation Beach. It is kid friendly, clean bathrooms and have a nice area with swings and tables. The house was neat and clean and not a lot of clutter. We were very happy with the home.
