Just a short stroll from the warm, gentle waters of Nantucket Sound, this beautifully updated Sea Captain’s home blends historic charm with modern comfort. All linens and towels are included so you can pack light and settle right in!

Prime Location
Just 0.4 miles from the beach on the warm, gentle waters of Nantucket Sound and Sea St. Beach, this home is ideal for outdoor fun, swimming, beach days, or sunset strolls. Close to golf, biking and walking trails, and many local favorites, this home is perfectly positioned for experiencing the very best of Cape Cod’s coast, culture, and easy-going spirit.

The Space
Original woodwork, nautical accents, and vintage charm are seamlessly paired with a modern kitchen, renovated bathrooms, and most all furniture is brand new! Mini-split A/C units throughout keep the home comfortable on warm summer nights or, open the windows to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze.

The laundry room off the kitchen includes a full-size washer/dryer. Start your morning at the coffee bar (Keurig and drip) in the breakfast nook, and enjoy meals at the large dining table, perfect for lobster dinners, Thanksgiving feasts, or family game nights.

Sunroom & Living Areas
The sun-filled sunroom is a cozy retreat — lounge on the plush sectional (queen sleeper), catch up on shows on the smart TV with cable, or curl up with a book and a cup of coffee. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm, relaxing environment.

Outdoor Living
The massive backyard is perfect for kids to play or enjoy evening cocktails. The beach shed is stocked with chairs, coolers, boogie boards, sand toys, a beach wagon, and beach towels. *Please note: We provide beach towels for your convenience — kindly wash and dry them before checkout (we don’t ask you to do any other laundry).

Bring your own bikes or kayaks — ample storage is available. Rinse off in the new outdoor shower after a day at the beach (just 0.4 miles away) and look forward to new outdoor furniture arriving this spring.

Leave your worries behind and let your days begin and end in comfort and seaside ease.

Please note: as with many historic homes, the stairs to the second floor are steep and may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.

For your safety, Ring security cameras are located on the exterior of the property, including entry areas. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.

"Great House"

v of 5

This is a great house... very clean, stocked with anything you may need, and the beach shed was a life saver, not having to pack our own stuff. HUGE backyard that the kids loved. A literal stones throw from Sundae School.

"June Airbnb Guest Review"

Martha’s Sea Street home was the perfect location for our family of six. The house was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials and fresh linens to games for both kids and adults. The outdoor amenities were outstanding, including a lovely patio, yard games, a new outdoor shower, and a shed filled with beach gear—chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, boogie boards, and toys. We never had to worry about bringing anything. The home also offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, which was especially appreciated on rainy days and quiet mornings.Martha was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better—a quick 5-minute walk to Sea Street Beach, an easy stroll to Woolfies for breakfast, and directly across the street from Sundae School and Wee Packet. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, well-equipped Cape rental.

House was very nice. Very clean. Our only issue was the narrow, steep stairs to the 2nd floor.
