The house at 20 River Lane is located at a beautiful spot with awesome views. We enjoyed watching the Osprey, Herons and Gulls.
Our recommendation would be to invest in smart tv’s and more comfortable outdoor seating. Other than that the house is a Cape treasure!

The house was perfect for our family, 4 adults one child under 1 .
The house was spacious and clean . Stocked with everything we needed . The only thing I would add would be an outdoor clothes rack to hang wet bathing suits and beach towels. The view of the Marsh and beach was lovely. Hope to stay again .

Year after year, Martha Murray never ceases to give us the most professional and friendliest service ever. Robin showed us 20 River a few years ago and we never want to rent anywhere else! This home is bright, clean, and plenty big enough for our family.
We love Marsh Winds. Also, major kudos to Robin for saving us the evening we left when we locked my husband's cell phone in the cottage! She quickly came to our rescue (after hours!) to retrieve the key and let us back in. Many, many thanks. God willing, we'll see you next summer!

This was our second year staying at 20 River Lane and we loved it so much we are going back in September. The home is situated perfectly on the outlet and offers great views of the ocean. The furnishings are comfortable and well appointed. We are so happy to have found this spot after our previous rental (had stayed for 5 years) was no longer being rented. Check in and out is a breeze too, just down the street.

"Beautiful view and location"

The house has a expansive, beautiful view of swan lake, marsh and beachfront. There is access to a private beach via a footpath. It is also next-door to Swan River Seafood, which is a delicious convenience. The house is very well stocked with all the essentials. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable, however the upstairs mattress and upstairs bathroom need upgrading.

bb grill had so much grease it caught fire when I preheated it. I disassembled the burners and scraped out the greasy food and emptied the grease box which was completely full and overflowed to the lower base of the grill and collected under the propane tank and settled on the wood deck. I am a facilities director and know how to handle problems like this. Shrubs were not trimmed and were hanging over stair railings entering into the house. House screens were filthy and door screen going out to the deck from the living room had a large rip in it. I also hammered down nails that were sticking up on the deck floor outside, some 3\8 to 1\2 inch high. I would stay there again but more care is needed to ensure the safety of renters.

"Marsh View"

This cottage was lovely, roomy, and convenient to two beaches. The furnishing were lovely, the kitchen area roomy, and don't get me started on the views from the deck!
The only downsides were the outdoor shower needs to be updated and the parking. When the neighbors had overnight guests, their cars parked along the narrow entry road made it a little difficult to maneuver. Not a big deal but inconvenient.
We have worked with Martha Murray for many years now. The staff is friendly, professional, and they never fail to match us up with the perfect cottage!

A sweet house with the most amazing view! The house had everything we needed, the agents were so helpful. A suggestion would be to add ac units to 2nd floor and update the outside shower. We loved our week in this home and will definitely rent it again.

The house has a comfortable layout and a nice amount of space. The view is wonderful. The area is quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. MMVR provided very professional responsive service. Your company is very easy to work with and has the processes down. We really appreciate the ability to check in early on Saturday as we were on the Cape Friday night.
