"Absolutely Wonderful "

This was our second year at 38 Regan and again it was just what we needed. The cottage was clean, is close to the beach, and has just about everything you need. Plus the layout is very helpful. 1.5 bathrooms, which is hard to come by on the Cape, and enough room to sleep up 8 if needed. The kitchen is open and there is plenty of counter space. They have all the utensils and pots and pans you would need. The only con, if you want to call it that, is that there is not much room to put food. I was able to move some things aside in the cabinets to clear out one for our odds and ends (cereal, snacks, etc). We have 2 little boys (4 and 5, almost 6) and so the room with the TV is great in the morning. You can close the slider and there is plenty of room for them to play while allowing one parent to sleep in, basically undisturbed. They also welcome guests with water and snacks, which was a pleasant and generous surprise. Martha Murray dies a great job of helping to make your stay seamless and are always on call for any needs. My family and I have been going through MN for years now. I would HIGHLY recommend 38 Regan Rd as well as working with MM.

"Nice small house conveniently located."

This is our second summer staying at this property. It meets all our needs. Our main concern was we had a 3 week stay and after the second week it would have been nice if the cleaning service came.
Whenever a problem arose, we called Martha Murray, who was always extremely responsive and helpful. It is a pleasure dealing with them. . Looking forward to our 4 week stay next year.

My main grief is I never received a call telling me cabin ready
4pm check in kills the whole day
Otherwise everything was perfect

"Wonderful home"

My family & I enjoyed a week in July , @ 38 Regan Rd, West Dennis, MA. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was definitely a 10 for us. House was located a walk away to West Dennis Beach. Also some great eating places. Clancy’s on the Swan River I highly recommend. The house was on a quiet dead end street. We will definitely be coming back for a fun summer.

We booked this late in April and were worried something was wrong with it at the great price!! We couldn't have been more thrilled with our stay and comfort of the home. Had everything you could need in the kitchen, comfortable living space and well maintained.
