"Great Cape Cod Cottage Rental"

We enjoyed our cottage very much. It was very clean, and looked so nice and bright inside. We ate out, so can’t speak to cooking experiences. We went to a variety of beaches on both the ocean and bay sides, and found this location to be handy to all of them. Restaurants that we went to that we enjoyed were The Old Yarmouth Inn on RTE 6A Yarmouth Port and Scargo Cafe. The Sand Dollar on RTE 134 had nightly entertainment and was fun. One thing I would recommend is some fans. The cottage has central AC, but the air circulation in the bedroom needed a little extra. Some nights were not great for opening the windows. But that is a personal preference.

"Lovely quiet cottage near West Dennis Beach"

This property is the best. This is our second year and again it was clean, quiet and comfy. This year we met the owner and he was very accommodating by letting us in a bit early. The home has central air which is why we picked it last year. Love the outdoor shower and closeness to West Dennis Beach.

"Cozy and Great location "

We had a great time at Princeton Circle. The house was clean and had central air which was awesome since we had a heat wave during the stay. The outdoor shower was a nice added bonus. Perfect location to access the beach with lazy river (5 minutes away) and a very short/scenic trip to Bayview and Cold Storage Beach (amazing beaches to watch the spectacular sunsets).

"Perfect little house"

Perfect sized home for me a few friends. Outdoor shower, central air, and location were all a huge plus. Close enough to be able to ride your bike to the beach, and right in the middle of West Dennis so easy access to all of the restaurants.
