Absolutely adorable cottage steps away from the beach. It was perfect for the two of us to relax and rejuvenate. So close to great restaurants and activities. They sent recommendations prior to our trip that was so helpful to make the best of our stay. Cute outdoor area where we were able to cook and have dinner. It was perfect. 10/10 would stay again.

The wife and I stayed here for a week. I was surprised by how quiet the area was despite the number of rentals. Just right for two. Air conditioning was a bonus that I was not expecting. It was needed during our very humid time there. The deck and the propane grill were used a lot.

Love love love this cottage! Have rented numerous times.Always spotless and rental staff amazing!Ideal location for beaches local restaurants and business yet easy access to Rt 28/6 to travel up or down Cape. Cannot say enough good things! Understand it is small and no a/c! I rent as a single or 2 adults. Note there is truely only parking for one car so not a place to "have visitors". Again I love it!

Nothing but praise for staff and their exceptional customer service and high quality of rental properties. It was wonderful being able to relax "at home" and leisurely stop by all my favorite Dennis Port stores and eateries. Parking can be an issue with 2 or more cars.
