With three inviting bedrooms and a full bathroom, the home offers a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the Cape. Each bedroom features its own window air conditioner, along with additional units in the living areas, to help keep everyone cool and comfortable.

Step outside to enjoy the expansive patio and beautifully designed backyard, perfect for making the most of your time outdoors. Three separate seating areas provide plenty of space to relax, dine, or gather with loved ones. Fire up the gas grill for a classic Cape Cod cookout, unwind around the fire pit in the evening, or rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Beach towels are also provided for your convenience.

Ideally located in West Dennis, this home is just a half-mile from the popular South Village Beach and approximately one mile from West Dennis Beach, making it easy to enjoy some of Cape Cod's best shoreline.

Special Note: Home includes TV's in both living areas and the Queen and Full bedroom TV's are available for streaming services. No cable.

"Well stocked house in great location "

We booked this house very last minute and are so glad we did! The house has a bright, clean, beachy look to it. It is SO well stocked. Everything you could need was there and then some! The backyard is really fun to walk thru with its' pollinator gardens. I enjoyed a few naps in the cozy patio chairs! The location is great. Very close to W Dennis Beach, but also to the Dennis Port beaches, as well. A very quiet neighborhood added to our relaxation.
