The three season room serves as a lovely extension of the house and allows you to enjoy the private backyard. This home offers Washer/Dryer, WiFi, two flat screen televisions, gas grill, dishwasher and enclosed outdoor shower. Located in a quite neighborhood, less than a mile to Dennis Port beaches!

As usual, we were not disappointed with out rental from Martha Murray Vacation Rental’s! This home was lovely, conveniently located and just what we were looking for. We are people who have been coming to Cape Cod for generations and for over 25 years we have rented through MMVR. Never had a problem.

House was very clean and spacious! Really enjoyed staying here. Gteat location. Many beaches to choose from so you can ride your bike. Which we did alot of!!!Every chance we got. Especially to Scoops icecream!! Lol

"Perfect Rental"

We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be renting this house again.
We loved the neighborhood because my daughter could ride her bike all around the connecting little streets and we explored each pretty home.
We also loved it because it was a quick bike ride to our favorite South Village beach. It’s also a great location near the restaurants. The house itself was clean and super well equipped. We loved the back patio space for having our morning coffee or a glass of Wine. We also really loved the screened in porch to watch tv. Other members of our family rented a home five doors down and they all ended up here when we played board games because our home had enough space. It was great!

"95 Michaels"

The property at 95 Michaels was the perfect setting for our annual family week on Cape Cod. The house has three bedrooms and a layout that was perfect for our needs. The backyard is fully fenced in and covered with pavers providing a great play area for our grand-daughter and family gatherings.

We have already put in the paperwork to rent next year!
