Description

This 2 bedroom cottage has everything you need in a home, at a great price! A quarter mile walk to the desirable Pleasant Road Beach in West Harwich. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, small appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker and dishwasher. This home has Air conditioning in the kitchen/living area and queen bedroom. Soak up the sun, or hang out and relax at the outside patio table with umbrella, chairs and picnic table. This home has a charcoal grill, cable tv and wifi.

Bedroom:1: 1 Queen
Bedroom #2: 2 Twin
Additional Sleeping: Single pull out on porch and a single pull out in living room.

"Wonderful Harwich house"

Comfortable house for 4-5. Nice bedrooms, extra pillows are needed! Well stocked kitchen. Great enclosed porch for game nights. Lots of books/games to choose from. 2.5 blocks to soft sand beaches. No gas grill only charcoal. Great house, quiet neighborhood for family vacation.

Cute house! A nice walk to the beach- really not far. I love to go around the block for my early stroll and include the small trek down the beach and back. The floors are creaky, so for those that need daytime naps, keep that in mind. I would stay here again.

Check in and out was super easy. Quiet road with no through traffic. The house was clean and had some (probably leftover)supplies like trash bags, paper plates and toilet paper. The floors creaked loudly in several spots, so we accidentally woke the baby a few times. Kitchen tools were well stocked including a blender. I would stay here again.

The house came as advertised and was within walking distance to pleasant beach. An air conditioner in the bedroom with two twin beds would be a nice addition. The house came with all the necessities and I would recommend to others.

We had everything we needed (wifi, kitchen supplies, great water pressure).
Lots of books and puzzles too! Comfy beds, lovely flowers in the yard, and an easy walk to the beach.

Great time here would definately stay again. The only problem I think is that the air conditioning in the kitchen should be in living room only because when u have it on it directly blows towards the stove and blows the flames.

Just being on the cape we are a family that has been there since we were in playpens and in campers and we just love to come every year enjoy the beaches and the surroundings ..great memories to enjoy with the family. My only suggestions to the owners would be to update some of there pots there was no cookie sheets or steak knives but I did purchase a few knifes that I left there found out later that all I had to do was call the office.. but that was all I noticed and maybe a couple more dish towels.. thank u hope to see u again next year..

Perfect weather and escape from the midwest heat wave, though it was there in Boston, too. We always enjoy Pleasant Beach. The lifegaurds are very helpful to help elderly folks get out of the water when the waves create unbalancing surges.

The best part of our vacation was the walk to the beach and cozyness of the home. The drain in the bathroom did not work great.
