A living room and private master bedroom suite are located on the upper level to take advantage of partial water views. Bedrooms offer sealy posterpedic bedding and black out shades. Two additional bedrooms on the main level. Window ac in all bedrooms and den. Enclosed outside shower. This property also features an oversized screened porch, perfect for entertaining your guests after a day at the beach.

Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

"Great Cape Vacation"

We have been staying at this property for several years now. Great location, nice, comfortable home with everything you need for a beach vacation.

Family of four enjoyed very much. Reasonable with many amenities and private considering it was an attached condo. Loved back screened in porch. Maybe could use some upgrades in kitchen...coffee pot, microwave, outdoor shower possibly a better drainage system and new linens.

The location is great! We love floating down the river to the beach. Parking is a plus and sleeps a good amount of people. The screened in porch is a relaxing spot to hangout at the end of the day.
Only negative I would say is I love taking outdoor showers but it doesn’t drain so you are standing in a pool of water.

This is our 6th year staying at this property. There have been several renovations and upgrades over the years. This year a beautiful screen porch was added to the property. We obviously like staying here because we've been coming back for 6 years!

The house had a perfect layout to accommodate the 6 of us and four of our guests who stayed for a night. The short walk to the beach was great! The kitchen has all the things we needed, ---- we wish that was communicated to us because we packed according to the instruction sent over and we packed everything because we were told they wouldn't be provided. In the closet, there were a ton of sand toys. In the front, there were plenty of beach chairs. We LOVED the half-enclosed patio. It really felt like part of the house instead of a covered patio because there were barely any mosquitos, just flies. The patio provided much-needed living room space. With the enormous dining table on the first floor, there wasn't much space for relaxing on the first floor. There was, however, a nice sitting area with a TV on the second floor between the two bedrooms. We loved the fact that there were two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.
The downside with this property is that it is at the intersection of two roads, one of them is a very busy main road. The roaring of the passing cars often woke me at night.

My family and I had a great time. The cottage was very nice, clean, and big enough for all of us (total 7). We were very happy to have the benefit of a washer, dryer and gas grill. Only short walk to beach!

We loved the location and very grateful to Martha Murray for finding us a place last minute. We had an ant problem in the kitchen that I had to make a late night trip to get some Raid and the lack of TV channels was frustrating for my kids at night. But overall we had a nice week there.

Our vacation was wonderful. Many memories and laughs. Air conditioning would be nice in the house. In closing the outdoor shower would be nice. When the wind blows the curtain would blow around.
