"Endroit ideal pour Kayak"

Situé directement sur en bordure de la 'Swan River', il est possible de rejoindre la mer en 20 minutes!!
Grande cour arrière permettant d'admirer le paysage, la maison est située dans une petite rue, pas bruyante.
Bref, endroit à revisiter!
