It was a good location and cute decorations with a nice view of the marsh waters . The properties are close but the property owners have successfully created adequate privacy via the layout and landscaping .

The cottage is lovely, has a beautiful view from the backyard, and is quite close to the beach. I would have liked to have a washer and dryer, since I was there for 3 weeks; it was very inconvenient to have to pack 3 weeks' worth of clothes.

We've used Martha Murray a number of times all with great memories. This trip we woke up to a broken coffee maker. We called the office and within 20 minutes they delivered a brand new coffee maker. Their customer service is top notch. We'll See you soon.

A good two week experience. A couple of maintenance issues were immediately addressed by MMR. The home is clean and comfortable. The kitchen tools, glass & dishwater & silverware should be updated for renters like us who like to cook in.
Location and parking are perfect.

My family rented this wonderful home for the entire month of July. It had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to return in 2019. You cannot beat the location, a two minute walk to the beach!
