Description

Our fully renovated and spacious home at 126 Loring is only a half mile walk away from West Dennis beach in the desired fingers neighborhood. Spend your Cape Cod vacation in luxury with plenty of common space to relax.

This fully renovated contemporary home has 4 sleeping spaces on the main floor: a master suite with wet room style bath including open shower and soaker tub; an ensuite with King bed; bunk beds; couch and full bath with walk in shower; Bedroom with queen; and Bedroom with double and twin with trundle. A third full bath with shower/tub is across the hall from these two bedrooms. Also on the main floor is washer and dryer. Our home has central air throughout the first floor.

Our beautiful new kitchen boasts a Thermador 6 burner range and Signature refrigerator. Our 10 ft quartz island has a microwave drawer and drink fridge for optimal entertaining.

Our great room has vaulted ceilings and plenty of seating in the living room area as well as a dining table that can accommodate 8 next to our island that seats 5. Adjacent in our great room enjoy our large, screened porch with seating for all. We spend a lot of time in this new extension of our home!

Our new patio has a cantilever umbrella that allows you to move the shade where you want it and covers our expandable dining table. A Weber gas grille is available for your grilling and homecooked meals while the family enjoys the large newly landscaped backyard. A brand-new outdoor shower is adjacent to our ensuite and has new Azek decking so you can enjoy the outdoors while you shower!

Three of our 4 TVs are equipped with cable - Xfinity (not in master) and Roku sticks to allow access to your own digital accounts.
Our basement level houses a game room with pool table; shuffle puck; air hockey and foos ball. This is a great additional space for the kids with their own TV and pull-out sofa. Beach chairs, Wonder Wheeler and cooler along with lawn games are available for use by our guests.

"Great time at 126 Loring Ave."

Great house and great time! Perfect house for our 2 1/2, 5 and 7 year old grandkids. They loved climbing the trees, playing big games of catch in the great backyard and there were many “battles” between them, their uncles and grandparents with all the cool games in the basement. House was a great location to the beach so everyone could do something fun on their own and just walk to meet up at the beach later. We are looking forward to going back next year!

"Richard S Summer Vacation Rental"

We arrived early and were able to check in after 12:30 on Saturday. The newly renovated home had the new home smell to it, so you knew it was recently completed. We found it very clean and it was very accommodating for our family. We had plenty of room. Only problem we had was working the ceiling fans, figuring out how to lock the sliding doors to the enclosed porch and figuring out which light switches did what. I would recommend to the owners to install an outdoor shed, so guest can store their bikes, kayaks or whatever. Also , the air hockey in the game room did not work and there was a problem with the vent fan over the stove that I reported to Martha Murry while we were there. A representative came over to video it to show the owner.

We enjoyed a lovely September week at this home. It was meticulously clean and neat and we had plenty of space for everyone. The renovations were well thought out and beautifully done. We highly recommend this house!

"Great Family Rental"

The rental was perfect for our family of 7! There was enough space for us to be together for meals but to also spread out when we wanted to. The backyard was spacious and well maintained. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
And as always Martha Murray is great to work with! From booking to getting keys to getting gas for the grill to checkout, everyone is professional and helpful. We would never consider another realtor for our Cape Cod rental.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at the home on Loring Avenue! The house was spacious and met all our needs. As with everyone, and everything, traveling and staying away from him during these uncertain times was stressful for us. Once we settled into the house, we felt much better and enjoyed our days. The beach was the highlight of our week, of course, and we appreciated the short walk.

We had a nice stay the was clean and the property well kept. Minor issues locks on front door was very difficult to open and lock back door lock and key did not work at all and sliding door very difficult to open and close. Back yard buggy but well kept.

Thank you MMRV for a very smooth and pleasant experience renting the cottage. We look forward to renting from you again next year.We loved the beach of course and it was the perfect week weather wise. We also loved coming back to the cottage and rinsing off in the outdoor shower. The screen porch made dining outdoors such a pleasure and the small lights added just the right touch. We also enjoyed and participated in the Kelly Pond 4th of July parade. The home was lovely and spacious, well equipped with everything we might need during our stay. We really enjoyed having nightly dinners in the screen house and made great use of the out door shower.

Excellent, This was a spacious setting from inside the house to the outside yard. We had 5 adults and 1 child. I would recommend it to anyone with 8 people or under, although if you had to, you could sleep more. Best Part of Your Vacation: The daily use of the house and grounds was the best part. Our traveling around Cape Cod was second best. Our grand-daughter driving a go-kart for the first time was 3rd best, along with putt-putt, and lawn games.
