Quaint Cape Cod cottage on a lightly traveled dirt road and just 3/10 miles to shared private beach. Dine on the screened porch or el fresco on the 12 x 16 deck equipped with charcoal grill, lawn furniture and picnic table. (*Note bathroom is shower only). Charcoal grill only. Other amenities include cable, Wifi, window a/c in each bedroom, flat screen television, microwave and toaster oven.

The cottage was thoroughly clean, it had everything we needed , everything was in good condition. Liked the front yard wooden arm chairs. Really no complaints. The only thing I would add is an umbrella for the deck table. There is a pick nick table in the yard that has an umbrella which is great.
