Cozy 2 bedroom home with screened porch, wood floors, vaulted ceiling, and eat in kitchen. Just .5 mile to Haigis beach. Amenities include ductless air conditioning with individual controls in living room and each bedroom, WiFI, cable TV in each bedroom and living room, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Patio table with umbrella, gas grill, charcoal grill and enclosed outside shower.

Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

Bed 1: 1 Queen
Bed 2: 1 Twin and Bunk bed with double futon on the bottom.
Additional sleeping via pull out sofa.

We stayed a couple of weeks early June. The home was sparkling clean and ready for us when we arrived. We could tell the owner cared. Pics are accurate. The shower was recently remodeled. Great location and quiet neighborhood.
As always, everyone at Martha Murray was excellent from booking through checkout. Highly recommended!

"Another Great Stay in Dennis Port"

Great stay! House was clean and had all amenities available as described in the listing. Only downside of home is front yard not up to date, could be spruced up a lot, other than that everything else was great. Location to beach is close and to restaurants as well.

What a wonderful house! Very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. They even had a kuereg!. The location was close to everything, and che screened porch was a real plus. Would definitely stay again, and recommend.

We loved our stay here. It's a cute cozy place that was perfect for a quarantine getaway. It's an easy walk to the beach and a quick car drive to restaurants. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the back patio and grilling fresh seafood from the market down the street. We would love to come back and stay again!

This was our second season at this property. We arrived and found the home sparkling clean. The neighborhood is quiet and nicely located. South village beach is a short walk, with many good places to eat just a short ride down the road.

The listing photos and description are accurate. Without hesitation, we would recommend to family and friends.

MMRE is an excellent agency! We've been coming to Dennis for the past four years and always found them to be helpful and interested in making sure our vacation property expectations were met. Highly recommended.

As one who is very sensitive to heat and humidity, the air conditioning was a real plus. This was one of only a few homes we have stayed in that had comfortable seating for the 'older set'. Best Part of Your Vacation: Being back at the Cape again, as we have tried to do for the better part of 35 years. House was very cozy and located in a nice neighborhood, and was easy to get to where we wanted to go from the location.
