Description

Three bedroom Duplex less than 500 feet to Fiddler's Green shared private beach. Peaks of the ocean from the front deck. Rent the complete home as a whole to sleep 12 or just one side to sleep 6. Each side offers three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Please note, there is no interior connecting door between sides. Spend the day at the beach and then the night grilling on the deck listening to the sounds of the waves! Amenities include split unit a/c in the open living area, WiFi, washer and dryer, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.

Situated in the heart of West Dennis, you can easily take a drive down Lower County Road to visit local restaurants including Sundae School Ice Cream, Dog House, and The Wee Packet just to name a few. If you wanted to check out other beaches along Nantucket Sound, West Dennis Beach (1 mile) and South Village Beach (.4 mile) are located right around the corner.

It was another great year at this house. The new updates were appreciated and look awesome. It is always clean and organized.

Only thing I would recommend is for the owners to update kitchen tools, example the knives. Overall, this is one of my favorite rental properties that I look forward to every summer.

Great location and the rental is great. (Picnic table needs to be replaced/repaired though) Would definitely stay there again. Also the property mgmt folks were super. Ice and easy to work with.

Great location, walk to beach. Front deck was perfect, open view. Not so clean, broker drawer in kitchen, had to fix overhead fan that was falling down.

Overall, I was very happy with the vacation rental. There are small things around the home that can be updated. For example: The outdoor shower and furniture. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a home away from home. The location was perfect and the deck was perfect to enjoy dinner on after a beach day .
