Situated in the heart of West Dennis, you can easily take a drive down Lower County Road to visit local restaurants including Sundae School Ice Cream, Dog House, and The Wee Packet just to name a few. If you wanted to check out other beaches along Nantucket Sound, West Dennis Beach (1 mile) and South Village Beach (.4 mile) are located right around the corner.

"3rd Year in a Row at Lanyard Lane"

My family and I began staying at this property beginning in 2020 and were delighted this year with the upgrades to the kitchen. This definitely gave the unit a more modern look and significantly improved the cooking experience. As always, the proximity to the private beach, the deck, and the availability of air conditioning all heightened our vacation. We love this rental and plan to stay again next year.

My family and I began renting last year and we had a successful vacation again this year. There were noticeable updates to the living room since last year and this enhanced our overall stay. In August, the air conditioning was a welcome bonus that was not a feature of other houses we have rented. The house was more than enough room for us and the proximity to the private beach could not be beat. We will be renting again!

This was the perfect place for a COVID-19 Cape vacation. The space was more than enough for my 3 person family. We enjoyed sunning on the front deck a great deal as well as the proximity to the private beach. Air conditioning and wifi were huge bonuses as well. While some of the appliances amenities were a little older, they did a great job for us and we have no complaints. In all, it helped make a great vacation for us and we would stay again.
