Description

Cozy two bedroom cottage located .5 miles to Hagis Beach! Home features separate living room and lovely family room giving your family plenty of room to spread out. Family room leads out to spacious deck with ample seating. New ceilings with recessed lighting were recently added as well as new flooring in family room. Amenities include air conditioning in each bedroom and family room, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower and WiFi.
SPECIAL NOTE: Home has stand up shower only in bathroom. No tub.

"Beautiful week in the Cape!"

The house is very cute, slightly dated, but clean. Yard and outdoor shower were incredible! The street is very quiet perfect for kids riding bikes. Good value for the price.

 

"Cute Cottage"

The place was very cute and convenient to beaches!!! It fit our family of five great but we had to put away a ton of decor that isn’t needed. The twin beds were comfy but the double bed was super uncomfortable (needs to be replaced). The kitchen was small but very clean and had everything you needed. The yard and deck were great!!!!

"Kibby Lane"

I would come back to this house in the future. This place was very close to the beach which was awesome and the back yard/porch was great. The house was slightly clutter, and the full sized bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Other than than, the kitchen was well stocked (with cooking gear) and overall happy with the place

"June 2020 Stay"

The location of this place was top notch. We booked it because we knew the neighborhood and we were walking distance to a couple of beaches, multiple restaurants, ice cream shops, delis, and a bakery. There is no real couch and the single chairs are mostly wicker and better suited to a porch than inside. There is also a bench that was super strange and we genuinely couldn't figure out if we were supposed to sit on it. The house was full of knick knacks- hard to find a place to put your own stuff down like keys, sunglasses, etc. We recommend moving most of the knick knacks to higher shelves and leaving the surfaces for guests to use. And lastly on a positive note- the backyard was large and had plenty of room and the deck was great too!

 

"Great Location"

As a almost annual renter thru MMRE, was a bit disappointed with this property. Starting with the positives; great location, quiet neighborhood, loved the deck, yard and outdoor shower and having coffee with the rabbits and chipmunks. Now the negatives; extremely small kitchen and bedrooms, bathroom sink almost inaccessible (very tight quarters), and way to much furniture/decorations/knickknacks which didn't allow much room to move around, fairly clean at first glance but could use a good cleaning otherwise.
