This home offers five bedrooms, mini split air conditioning in each bedroom and both living areas, washer/dryer, and wifi. Room to spread out as this home includes a lower level family room with a second television and air hockey game. Enjoy the outside upper deck, or lower level screened in porch, covering you for all weather conditions.

Our three generation family enjoyed our stay! The layout was perfect with separate living and outdoor spaces.

"Great vacation on goldfinch lane "

Great house in a quiet location. Served five kids and five adults comfortably. Plenty of room and activities inside. Parking for more than two cars would be awkward. The only negative for the house was cosmetic, water stain on one of the bedroom ceilings and the fridge was missing a handle on the door. All and all the house was excellent, close to bay side beaches easy drive to west side.

"Good space for a large family"

Great space for a large family and especially pleased to have both a living room and a den with air hockey etc to keep the teens busy. Convenient location to bayside beaches and Nickerson Park. It was as described and Martha Murray group was very professional. We felt safe there despite the COVID. Only con was that the kitchen needed some updating as well as a full set of glasses and silverware.

In general, very happy with this rental. Spacious, nicely decorated, pretty well equipped (though could use more large bowls). One downside was the very spotty internet service, nonexistent in some parts of the house. Could be partially due to an old cable box (Comcast will usually upgrade an old box free of charge).

The rental was clean and in good repair, no issues with the property at all. Location is good about ten minute drive from the Cooperation Beach. All five dedrooms had comfortable mattresses and plenty of storage. Very nice private back yard for the grand kids to play. Only negative about the property is the pots and pans are very worn and not a sharpened knife in the place. Otherwise very satisfied with the rental.

"Perfect home for large families or multiple families"

This house is in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes to the beach. We especially enjoyed Corporation Beach - perfect for young children. This home is well equipped and tastefully decorated (beachy but not overdone or tacky). The outdoor shower appears newly done and really is handy. This house is spacious and comfy and we really enjoyed our stay - this was our second year there.

Spacious with two indoor living areas. Perfect for multiple families or families with kids, quiet neighborhood, very nicely decorated- beachy but not at all tacky, well equipped kitchen. Best part of our vacation was spending days at Corporation Beach which is great for children.
