"Enjoyed Our Stay"

Enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of room. Three of the BRs have mini split AC's which work well and are quiet. The 4th BR has a window AC which is rather noisy. The 5th BR is also the laundry room and is rather small with no AC. If the trundle bed is used to sleep two, there is very little room left. The Kitchen is well equipped. The walk to the public beach is very short. The rental office was very responsive to requests. Make sure they have a current cell phone number; the office will call you if you can check in early. The nearby Sailing Cow Cafe is a nice little place with discounts between 2:30 and 4:30.

"Recommended place to stay"

Excellent place to stay. Close to the beach, 0.15 miles from steps to the sand. Less than a 5 minute walk. Even my 93 year old mother walked this. House is very comfortable. Rental Agency is very good and responsive. Kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoy our stay very much. Plenty of games and books for children. Some boogy boards are available for use on the beach. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning in 4 of the bedrooms worked well. Cable tv channels available in two of the common rooms and most of the bedrooms.

"Great experience on Glendon Rd"

This house was even roomier than expected and easily accommodated our party of 8 adults,two toddlers and a baby.The rooms were very large except for the small bedroom with a trundle bed,but it worked fine for the kids.We spent a large amount of family time on the huge front porch since Covid made it harder to go out than what we would normally do.This is a great house for a large group and it’s a great location.Perfect weather helped!

This home is wonderful for a large group. One thing that is lacking is an outdoor shower. Another suggestion I would make is a door on the second bedroom upstairs. It really lacks privacy.

I would given the cleanliness an excellent, but there was a spider on the corner of the ceiling in the main bath and some dust balls in the closets. We loved the spaciousness of the house and the proximity to the beach. The volleyball pit was a great sandbox for the little ones.

Overall Property and Cleanliness were very good. Just slight normal expected wear and tear which we had NO problem with. This house was perfect for our family which included adult children and our grandchildren!!! We are struggling about when to ask for next year since one of our son's is getting married on July 3, 2016. I am sure you will be hearing from us. Thank you so much for helping us have such a wonderful vacation! The best part of our vacation was being able to be together in one house and that the house was so perfect for us. Loved the large fenced in back yard and back deck, loved the enormous welcoming front porch and almost completely fenced in huge front yard, loved the beach volley ball area! Location also iced the cake - near everything especially on a personal note for us, my mother-in-law who lives 10 minutes away. Walk to beach location is terrific and you are also so near everything!! Please share with owner how much I loved all their carefully tended perennial gardens. My husband and I and my children remember fondly my mothers love for flowers and her endless hours in her gardens. It was beautiful and comforting to be surrounded by these during our vacation.
