great time,perfect location dennis beaches very good for children-variety of restaurants also

Great house. Don't be scared by the lack of ACs. Every room has its own fan. House has always cold walk-in full basement and by keeping the basement door open you'll make house colder.

Great Haigis beach is only 15 min walk away (12 min for me, 20 min for my 80yo parents).

House has Comcast 200down/6up Mbps Internet plus TV package and we actually measured this speed.

House has everything in the kitchen, except wine glasses - only 3 available. Other minor minuses, that can be easily fixed:
* bathroom has only sink, so there is no surfaces around to keep your stuff, except toilet tank top.
* during out stay so many bulbs burned, they were all old incandescent, fortunately Dollar store has cheap LED bulbs, I put 5 new in.
* one twin bed is uneven, fortunately with head up.
