This is the second time we stayed at 41 Cygnet Dr. We love this place. Very quiet, clean. Nice location. Close to everything you need. I would recommend this place to anyone.

"Perfect Vacation House For Us"

We enjoyed staying at this house so much! The size of the house was perfect for us! It's spacious, bright, and the location is amazing! The views of Swan River from the deck were just amazing! It's at the end of a cul de sac which makes it quiet also. If I had to critique this house at all, I would recommend just having more of a variety of dinnerware such as cereal bowls, and bowls, and the resin patio table on the porch looked like it was time to be replaced. We love renting from Martha Murray! This is at least the fifth time we've rented with them. The rental process is so easy, and their staff is just so kind and accommodating in every aspect. We loved this house so much that we want to rent it again next year!

We have been coming to the cape for years, and have always been treated well by MMVR. You may want to consider a late check out option. Overall, we loved the house. Just smelled a bit musty when we first arrived, probably due to the location near the Swan River. Also, better deck furniture would make the fantastic deck even better. Other than that, it is a wonderful house and you can tell the owners take good care of it.

We got to view the eclipse and a turtle release from West Dennis Beach. It is a wonderful house and location. We greatly enjoyed our stay. House needs a new mattress.

The bed in the master bedroom is VERY squeaky. My husband and I shared that bed and it kept us awake every night. As soon as one partner moves even the slightest the other person will wake.

A very nice comfortable stay. Lots of bird action to watch on the screened porch and deck. Wonderful view of the Swan River too. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed this cottage. We've been vacationing in Dennis Port for over thirty years and would recommend this place without hesitation.
