Description

Beautiful 4 bedroom plus loft home with Central AC sleeping 12. Only a 5-7 minute walk (.3 miles) to the beach. The main level of this home boasts a light and bright living area with oversized windows and a large TV, a large open kitchen with kitchen island and dining table. There are also two en suite bedrooms on the first floor of the home. The second level of the home offers two bedrooms and an additional loft area. There is an additional full size bathroom accessible through the hallway. The home also offers comfortable seating outdoors with a large lawn for those gorgeous summer nights. Enjoy chowder at the Skipper restaurant (.6 miles) or a beverage at one of the many beach bars along South Shore Drive. Please note: main floor TV's have cable, upper level TVs are streaming only

Bedroom #1: 1 King with en suite bathroom with a stand up shower and a jacuzzi soaker tub (main Level). Sliders to deck from bedroom.
Bedroom #2: 1 Queen with en suite bathroom (also accessible from hallway) stand up shower only. (main level)
Bedroom #3: 1 King (2nd level)
Bedroom #4: 2 Queen beds (2nd level)
Loft area: Full set of bunk beds with twin trundle, and an additional 2 twins (2nd level)

Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

This is our second year staying here and will continue. This home is beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need!! Very comfortable, great outdoor space, easy walk to beach!!

This is the first time in years that our family (including sons and their families) have vacationed together. All concerns we had for traveling with little ones faded as we arrived at our stay and found that everything we hoped for met our expectations and then some.

"A wonderful time"

This was our third time using Murray rentals and we haven’t been disappointed. We enjoyed the house and the location. We would certainly stay here next year if we have the same number of people. The key words are clean and comfortable.
We had to get used to the downstairs bathroom being connected to the downstairs bedroom ( shared by everyone during the day and the person staying in the bedroom.)
Everything we needed in the kitchen was there for those of us who wanted to prepare a dinner.
The beach is within walking distance. Being able to take a warm shower outside before entering the house was nice.
Our bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and no one complained about the beds in the other rooms.
Being near to Hyannis is always a plus for us. We also enjoy renting bicycles to ride along the Cape Cod Rail trail.
Thank you for helping us have another enjoyable summer vacation.
