The property is a nice place. Well kept up, clean and well stocked kitchen. It's near family which is our attraction (not a walk to the beach) The folks at Martha Murry rental have been very nice to work with for 2 years now!

The home was beautiful - the rooms were excellent; equipment listed in excellent condition; owner very considerate - leaving operating instructions etc. There were two minor issues which were handled immediately by the management company. This is a lovely property, excellent owners - very considerate and well maintained by the management company.

"Nice getaway"

We have rented this house for the past three years. There have been changes and upgrades with the new owners. For the most part, we would rent this house again.
The only suggestion is to bring your own pans if you plan to cook. The enamel is worn off on the ones at the house.
Also, we had some issues with the wifi password/connection. One of the agents from Martha Murray had to come out to fix it. They were terrific!
Overall, this is a nice centrally located place to rent.

"Dennis MA get away"

This is our second year at this same house and it is a great location, easy travel to Martha's Vineyard, Hyannis, Provincetown and Nantucket. We enjoyed breakfast at Breakfast room in west Dennis and Dinner at the Oyster Company. Bike trail is just a few minutes away no need to take your car you can bike from the house. We hope to be back next year!

"Charming House with Updated Kitchen and Baths"

This house is delightful - pristine, comfortable and well designed. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen with two sinks and central a/c. Although it is not close to the beach, it is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and the Dennis Stop & Shop in Patriot's Plaza. The neighborhood also has a private tennis court for the use of guests and residents. My only suggestion is to provide a few more coffee mugs for the coffee and tea drinkers among us and some large serving bowls.

This was our 12th year at Ben 7. That pretty much tells you we love the house. The house is minutes away from the beach, golf, and shopping. Central A/C is a plus on extremely humid days and nights. The house was spotless as usual and ready when we arrived.

7 Benjamin Rd was a great rental. The house was beautifully updated. Very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that would be beneficial to be a perfect rental would be new bed pillows. They were very old and didn't give much comfort. We would definitely rent this home again.

The house was as advertised. Beautiful and clean. Kitchen was updated, as was bathrooms. Central air and wifi were a huge plus. Nice size deck and large 4 burner gas grill in the yard. Property was central and close to everything. Close to 134 and 28 but just off the main roads on a dead end which made it nice and quiet. Very close to Patriot Square shopping center, which was very convenient. Just a few minutes by car to West Dennis beach. Only drawback would be that there are not 2 full baths (house has 1.5 baths). However, I would definitely stay here again.
