Welcome to "Into the Mystic", offering sleeping for 13 and Nantucket Sound only 300 yards away!  Spend your Cape Cod vacation in a beautifully renovated split level home featuring 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2677 square feet (not including the sunroom). Split AC units in each of the upstairs bedrooms and the living room, and ac in the downstairs living area. 

The upper level boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and spacious bar with surrounding seating.  Just off from the dining table that seats 12-14 people, enjoy the lovely three seasons room overlooking the back yard. TV’s in the home are Roku streaming with Xfinity 205 channels. Upper level also includes three bedrooms, full size bathroom located in the hallway and half bathroom located  in King Bedroom.

The lower level of the home has an additional family room, large wet bar furnished with full sized refrigerator and microwave, game room with tabletop shuffleboard game, three more bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer.

New landscaping to the backyard, with 2 enclosed outdoor showers and gas grill.  For outdoor enjoyment, the owners have seating including a large couch set, 2 chairs and ottomans, a 4 chair cushioned conversation set, a table wtih 6 chairs, and a picnic table.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with TV and air conditioning (upstairs)

Bedroom 6: 1 Queen bed and 1 Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full)(downstairs).  Bedroom also has a fan.

"65 Beaten Rd"

This property was as described...lots of space, beautiful and open updated kitchen. There were ample pots,pans,dishes and utensils as well as cleaning supplies and paper products. The living spaces were clean and comfy for games or just watching TV. The sunroof was our favorite spot! Love the location, close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property for a larger group!

AMAZING! We absolutely love this “home away from home” this is our second year staying here and we truly feel right at home! We had a fantastic stay over 4th of July at 65 Beaten Rd. The house was beautiful and clean upon our arrival. It easily fit our 13 guests. This house is walking distance to a beach and many local restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful house with plenty of space to hang out, prepare meals, and convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops! The bedrooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. Overall, this is a very well apportioned house, with new appliances and inviting living spaces!

The house is recently renovated and the interior is awesome. 6 BR's are a huge plus. The also have 2 outdoor showers that are not mentioned on the listing and everyone in our group loved using them!!! Plenty of beach chairs, some beach toys and corn hole.

What a beautiful home and perfect for our family reunion trip! Everything was perfect. The home was beautifully equipped with all we needed. The beach was close and warm. We loved the 2 outdoor showers, games and available beach equipment. While the downstairs was much warmer than we'd like, upgrades to air conditioning in the basement could help a lot. A beautiful trip overall!

"Wonderful family friendly stay a few minutes walk from beach. "

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a weekly stay. The outside patio was great to enjoy dinner with family and friends. The beach is a few minutes walk across the street. This location is convenient to many other towns closely for exploring more of Cape Cod. We would recommend this location and would rent from them again.
