"Our little cottage"

Well we love going to the Cape during the summer time. Personally I have been going there at least for past 50 years. So it’s always a nice time every time I go. Lots of memories too. So this was also a great holiday.

 

"Yearly Cape Cod Getaway"

This year out house was 13 Beaten. It was a nice house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom , good size living room and kitchen and a small sun room on the side. The house has central air which I thought was nice but it sometimes had a musty smell so we only used the air when we came back from the beach and when we slept. The sun room also had some big flies and we couldn’t figure out where they came from. Over all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.

Happy with this rental. Quiet area and the beach with walking distance. We had fairly good weather. We certainly will go back there again.

Great property close to the beach and for biking and walking. Good size working fridge. Lots of good games. Air conditioning and outdoor shower were very much appreciated. The porch was great for watching the fireworks! Water stayed hot for showers. Great for family of 4 or 5.

The house and location to the Ocean was a pleasure...easy walk...nice area of Dennisport...House was clean and the central air was perfect with temps in the 80"s that week. would rent again...

The improvements are great...we had stayed at 13 Beaten approximately 4 years ago. The central air was fantastic during the heat; also moisture treatment system in basement helped immensely with humidity and odor issues. Only suggestions we have would be more comfortable seating in living room and more/better lighting in living room and bedrooms (like to read and lighting made it difficult).

The two front steps are unusually high, and it made it difficult for the older folks in our party to climb them. You may want to consider adding a third step, to make it easier for people to use them.

Beautiful roses and hydrangeas, boating on Swan River, Sundae School ice cream, fried clams, cute cottages, route 6A. Everything was very easy, great service for Martha Murray.

The house is nice, cozy, and clean. All amenities are in very good condition. It is pretty private, although it doesn't have a road fence. We've really enjoyed our three weeks stay and will likely come back next year.
