2 story Cape Cod home with updated kitchen and large rear deck. Located just 100 yards to the very popular South Village Beach. Amenities include two A/C wall units, and three window A/C's. Entire house is Air Conditioned. Wireless internet, cable TV, microwave and toaster. Both a gas and charcoal grill and lawn furniture are provided.

Please note: the stairs leading to the second floor are steep.

"great location but needs an update "

great location but needs updating. Just a few little extras would help.. even the broom was old. Not having a washer and dryer in the rental price point was disappointing. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Neighborhood was very safe for children.

Renting was easy; picking up keys was streamlined, simple & efficient. Our rental was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. All air conditioners were in good working order. We had an issue with the downstairs toilet that was repaired promptly.

The only issues we encountered were you could not put the screen down in the front door and the screen on the slicer to the porch often got stuck.

Love dealing w/ Martha Murray. Professional, quick to respond, easy check in, check out. House was clean, great location. Updated kitchen, kiddos loved snuggling on comfy couches, half bath upstairs and outdoor shower was perfect for our family. Deck is spacious as is front yard which again was great for the wee ones. Cannot wait until next year!

MY FAMILY AND I ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE HOME IS SPACIOUS AND VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH. THE OWNER SHOULD CONSIDER ADDING A WASHER AND DRYER IN THE HOME, IT'S THE ONLY DRAWBACK THAT PREVENTS ME FROM
RETURNING NEXT YEAR.

Good location. Easy walking distance to South Village Beach. Can sleep a large family with 4 BR and 1.5 BAs. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen is nicely remodeled. Nice rear deck with an outdoor shower. Stairs are VERY steep and narrow with older renters likely to have difficulty accessing the second floor. Would be nice to have some beach chairs available and a washer/dryer at this price point.

Everything was good, but there are a few suggestions. There are no bowls to mix a salad, no Tupperware for storage. The kitchen is extremely small so it is hard to store bought food anywhere. Upstairs is very very hot. Like the deck, shower, and location of the home.
