This pleasant two bedroom cottage is nestled on a lightly traveled dirt lane. Less than a mile to popular Nantucket sound beaches. Amenities include window air conditioning in both bedrooms, cable TV, and WiFi. Nice size yard with gas grill and enclosed outside shower. There is also an enclosed porch offering additional living and sleep space.

This was our third vacation on this property. We love the charm. It has everything you need to have a relaxing time. I love the dirt road, slows people down, plus it has the old Cape Cod feel. Can't wait to visit next year.

"Our stay on Blueberry Lane"

The house is near the beach. About a 15 minute to the closest one. It has a very large kitchen and seating area. The furnishings are very old and well worn. Very limited closet space. The cottage as one small air conditioner. Good for main bedroom only. The rest of house has ceiling fans. We had a very hot week and cottage was hot. Overall it is good rental as the goal is to be out and about.

This house has an open, airy feel. It's in a great location, walking to good food and cute beach. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen fairly well equipped. My family had a lovely relaxing time.

This property is conveniently near Swan River, for Kayak riders!!
5 minutes from the beaches, by bicycle. The house layout is perfect for many people, big backyard!
Surely something to repeat!!

Wish that there had been an ironing board. TV picture had a lot of static. Loose connection somewhere?

"End of July stay 2016"

Excellent cottage. Had everything I wanted. I selected a great location. Would definitely select the same place again -- 13 Bayberry Lane. Best Part of Your Vacation: Getting away and managing to relax. I love the fact that there were no rainy days except for some rain on that Friday morning. I love the pleasant breeze in the morning and early evening. I live in an inferno, so the cool breeze was a delight. Overall, my week's stay on the Cape this summer was my very best. Having great weather was definitely a plus. It presents a positive attitude. It also helps to keep the place clean.
