Love this house, can not say enough about the owner’s response to requests, since our first stay in 2020 we now have use of the shed for our bikes, a new fan in the master bedroom and improved outdoor shower foot base.
This house is such a great find on the Swan Pond River, sitting on the dock and watching nature and kayakers pass by; then the Sunrise and reflection of the sun set (so many pictures) I am truly grateful that the owner is sharing this house!
My husband and I have been coming to the cape for over 30 years and this is by far the nicest we have stayed..
we have rented from Martha Murray and they are top notch!

The house is very nice and open. The covered deck on the river is fabulous. There is always a breeze and you're protected from the sun. The scenery includes sea birds and kayakers.

"Great home and great service with Martha Murray rentals"

Check in and check out process was a breeze. MM is always great. I called confused on the teach she’d and they were going to come on a Sunday to figure it out for me - I figured it out though! The home itself has wonderful sunrises and sunsets. The dock area is all you really need for hanging out on a nice day. It’s close to the beaches and restaurants that we like on the southside, yet only a quick ride to the northside if you want to hit Mayflower or Chapin‘s. It’s a quiet home away from the neighbors, great for entertaining other visitors, or just relaxing. The master bedroom was perfect with the laundry and a nice private bathroom, plenty of closet space as well. The house itself was super clean and well decorated, much nicer than most Cape rentals as far as that goes.

"Riverbend" is a fantastic rental home. Having paddled up and down the Swan River many times during our stay, this house has the best water access and views on the river. The home is well appointed, very comfortable and was a great value.

This is an ideal setting, secluded yet close to everything. Sit on the newly refurbished dock with covered roof and comfy seating and watch the ospreys, canoes and kayaks go by. House is very well equipped with everything you could need for the perfect vacation.
