"Quiet neighborhood "

Cute little house.Had everything we needed for our week stay.Only down fall was no cabinet space for food.Its a peaceful area to stay .

 

"Cozy Comfy Cape Summer Getaway"

This was a charming little cottage that was clean and comfortable for our week down the Cape. It served it's purpose and the street was quiet, yet you could see a few neighbors enjoying their family time. Beds were fairly comfortable and the window ac's worked great and kept the cottage at a nice cool temp. as we had some heavy humidity during our week. This cottage is in a great central location and it is easy to get to most anything in Dennisport. The only suggestion I would have for the cottage is to add some nice landscaping and a new front outside door? Maybe 2 shutters on the large bay window and move the outside light to the other side? A cute cottage but the outside does not have much appeal. The dirt road could use a little smoothing out as well...a little bumpy.

We booked this on , but dealt with the Martha Murray office. A pleasant experience. Due to COVID, a gentleman handed us our keys outside the office, and we were on our way. A beautiful cottage on a quiet street. We had 4 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room, and it was quiet. We didn't mind the beach being about a 1/2 mile from the cottage. For the amount you save from renting away from the beach you can afford a weekly beach pass. A nice back yard with a grill and outdoor shower. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall a very nice cottage and the Air Conditioners were a plus. Furniture is a bit outdated but that seems to be the case in many cape rentals. Very quiet dead end and 7/10 of a mile from the beach.

Rental was nicely located on the Cape near a lot of places we like to visit, House had all you would need for a Cape vacation and was not far from Rental Company we used,Marta Murray Rentals,would rent this place again if i have a chance to get time off and schedules line up to make another Cape trip, only thing i would like here is for driveway trees to be pruned/trimmed as tree branches hung over and on truck we used on this trip

"2018 Cape Vacation"

House had all the things you would need on a trip to Cape Cod, Is located around most everything Cape has to offer, in our case we were not really at the house much except to sleep and shower as we were out enjoying the cape/day and night, if we had the chance to get another week off next year would stay here again, we went though Martha Murray Real Estate and their office was not far from here making picking up key and dropping off very easy,would use them again if we return to Cape next year or in the future, only thing i would like to happen here is the driveway was overgrown by trees next to it, we had a truck and tree trimming would have been nice as tree branches hung/leaned on truck.

The house we rented was centrally located in Dennis- close to Route 28, beaches and restaurants. Please make cabinet space in kitchen for renters to store their food.

The house was in a great location on a quiet street. I wish there was a better vacuum. Please do something about the skunks. Other than that, we loved it and are considering renting it again next year.

The staff at MM is exceptional. The house we rented was messy, had sand on the floor. The location is good.

Thank you for your feedback. No one wants to check into a sandy home! We would have been happy to send back cleaners if we had been notified. They are on call 24 hours a day and always have their brooms ready. We hope to see you again for 2018!
